What Causes Chronic Pain In The Upper Arm?

yes and thank you... my left arm for the previous 4 weeks has been hurting in the upper part like behind the biceps and the pain rushes to the upper part of the arm. usually at night but not always . please advise . I'm very much concern that it could be something much worst.
