What Causes Chronic Pain While Walking?

Hi. I just had an Emg done today ..... the results were normal. I have go this evening mri this afternoon to rule Ms .. I was dx. With spinal stenois in my c5 and c6 .. in my neck and in my spine....I can this cause slurred speech and numbness in mouth and nose ... and why am I having a hard time walking ? chronic. Pain ALL THE TIME .. he seems to think its not Ms ..I trip--and fall all the time. Should I get s other
