What Causes Chronic Psoriasis After Switching To Rigevidon From Microgynon?

Hi I have been on Microgynon 30 for years and have just been swapped to rigevidon and I am reluctant to change as I have chronic psoriasis and recently spent a month in hospital because it was so bad, I have managed to get it under control again but new medications and creams can cause an outbreak, can my doctor change me back to microgynon 30 ?
