What Causes Chronic Salpingtis And Perifimbrial Adhesions?

Hi, I went for HSG and this is the report. Irregular lucencies are seen at the lower uterine segment and the cervial canal. Only the RFT is opacified in its entirety and is moderately dilated towards the fimbrial ends. Free and loculated collections are seen at the right adnexal zone.

Conclusions: Uterocervial synaechia, Blocked LFT, Patient RFT with signs of chronic salpingtis and perifimbrial adhesions. Please I need explanations.
