What Causes Chronic Thick Throat Mucus, Swallowing Difficulty, Ear Blockage, Reflux, And Nasal Issues In A Teenager Despite Multiple Treatments?

There’s a lot to tell, but I’ll try to keep it short — maybe you can help me. Two years ago, I had some kind of infectious disease that involved asthma-like symptoms (a cold, pneumonia, and coughing). Since then, my life has completely changed. After recovering from those illnesses, I started having recurring attacks. I’ll try to describe my current symptoms as clearly as possible: The main problem: a constant feeling of thick mucus stuck in my throat that doesn’t come up easily. When it does, it’s white, foamy, and very thick — it feels like it’s choking me. Dysphagia: I can’t eat dry food because I either can’t swallow it or it gets stuck in my throat after swallowing, and I start feeling really unwell. I’m 100% sure this is not psychological — I would admit it if it were. Daily ear blockage: my right ear constantly feels blocked, which causes a lot of discomfort. Audiometry and tympanometry showed that this is due to Eustachian tube dysfunction. I use Mometasone spray, which helps a little. Postnasal drip syndrome. Frequent bloating and “empty burping.” Heartburn and frequent burping. Burning throat: my ENT said my throat is always red, and there’s thick white mucus behind the tonsils. It’s been two years, and I still can’t overcome this. I can hardly go outside. I even tried treating it as a nervous disorder, but that was pointless and didn’t help at all. I constantly need to chew gum to feel some relief. Last year I had several tests done, and here are the results: Reflux esophagitis, cardia insufficiency, and chronic superficial gastritis. Blood tests: eosinophils 6.7, monocytes 9.2, IgE: 661. Paranasal sinus CT: sinuses are pneumatized; nasal septum deviation in the middle third; asymmetrical thickening of the lower nasal conchae (right left). No inflammatory or infiltrative changes detected. Mastoid sinuses and ear canals are normal. Severe vitamin D deficiency. I’ve visited all kinds of doctors — none of them could help me. It’s been exhausting physically, mentally, and financially. Please, help me find the right path to finally get rid of this. I’m a 17-year-old boy, finishing school this year, and I just want to live normally again
