What Causes Chronic Tiredness, Nausea And Pain In The Legs?

For some time I haven t felt myself , over the past couple of years I ve been to my doctors with various symptoms tiredness ,feeling nausea, the most recent visit was pains in both my legs which doctor said straight away arthritis but since going I ve developed tingling feelings over my body weakness in my hands and feet and have had a bit of blurred vision would love some help, I ve tried making appointment to go crack to see my doctor but can t get in till March please could you help me .
