What Causes Chronic Vaginal Discharge?

hello doctor,

i am 29 year old lady and i hav married for last 6 months.i am suffering from vaginal discharge since 1 years . previously ia m not serious about it.because before menstrural period it generally occurs.but now i am in little bit confusion.

my white discharge is odureless an d colorless.but after my period ,my first discharge is very thicky and it likes as a rope.then as it is nearer to second period thickness is less.during my mens also some thickness in blood....so please advice me....
