What Causes Chronic Vomiting And Body Ache?

Ive been throwing up for roughly 45 minutes. My body hurts really bad also like my back is aching and my belly is cramping. I have diharea and when i throw up its an almost bright yellow and it tastes and burns like nail polish remover or like a really strong alcohol taste. Please help
