What Causes Chunky Thick Vomiting And High Fever In Infants?

Why does my toddlers vomit look like cottage cheese? She started running a high fever last night, gave her medicine and she threw it up. Today, her temp isn't as high but still 99.5. We were just in the store and she threw up literally everywhere. It looks like cottage cheese. This all happen out of no where. Any suggestions on what to do or what could be wrong? Thanks
