What Causes Chunky Vaginal Discharge While Having Kidney Infection?

Hi my name is dorema. I have a kidney infection. Is my vagina suppose to be bleeding and have chunks coming out of it? I'm on birth control but haven't taken it in a few days. I'm on antibiotic for the kidneys and nausea medication to calm my stomach.
