What Causes Circular Pale Patches That Looks Raised On Face?

I have two circular patches on my face that are a little raised and less pale than the rest of my face. They have less sensation and are an orange peel texture. One of them I have had for a year now and the other is more recent. The older patch seems to be a little larger too. What do you think is the cause of it?
