What Causes Circular Red Marks On Back, Elbows And Stomach?

So I have had ringworm for a while it comes and goes. Lately a kid at my work had ringworm it looked like or some other type of fungus. Also I just got over the flu . A couple days ago about 2 too be exact I noticed more little circle marks on my back arms and elbow and stomach and some red marks right where thebforeskin meets the head on my penis. I m wondering what could cause this? Is it ring worm? Or something more serious
