What Causes Circular Spots On Neck?

Hello. I have noticed these really tiny circular spots on my neck. They do not itch but makes me squeamish. The first time I saw them they looked like 3 vampire bite marks,except they were flat,and kind of dusty. Ughh. I put a fungal cream on them and they leave,but comes back months or weeks later. PLEASE HELP!! Thanks so much
