What Causes Circular Veins On The Penis?

Hi I've just noticed a circle on my penis (near the top), similar color to the small veins and the circle is located at the end of one of the veins. It is not raised, it is visible but you can't feel it. The last time I had sex was Friday and to my knowledge it was not visible Saturday, but is now (Sunday).
