What Causes Clear Discharge From Blister At Tip Of Penis?

I woke up the day after having unprotected sex with my girlfriend d of 4 years. There was a swollen skin toned blister on the opening of my pee hole. At times it looks like a clear liquid comes out like a blister. It does not hurt to urinate. Only hurts when I tried to pop it. Any ideas what this is.
