What Causes Clear Fluid Leakage?

I have been leaking clear fluid for a day now. My baby is 9wks old and I am not pregnant. the fluid comes in gushes just like heavy period would and soaks pantyliners immediately. Sometimes there is little bit of red or brown tinge to it too! I haven't gotten my first period yet after having the baby
