What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From Left Breast?

I have a clear liquid discharge of the left breast. This happens mainly when it is squeezed. I've been to my internal medicine physician, seen a surgeon, had 2 mammograms and ultrasounds that were normal. The surgeon tells me he thinks it is not cancer but will follow up with me again in October after another mammogram. I am 62 and have fibrocystic breasts, 5'7" tall, and am overweight. Is there anything else I should be doing?
