What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From Nipple?

i have a baby 23month ago,and i breast feed for almost 17month.if i press my nipple clear liquid come out like water if i press more it come out like milk ,if i put the liquid in my finger it sticking and am doing my period at the moment is everything fine with me
