What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From The Nipple?

i am a 26 years woman,i am experincing clear nipple discharge while sqeezing..i m not married yet.no pregnancy or sexual relationship yet.i had a problem of obesity from the age of 18 but now i have reduced.i don not have any thyroid problem.i wud like to know why this happens and how can i get rid of this problem.
