What Causes Clear Mucus Rectal Discharge Along With Sore Cuts On Anal Region?

Hi, for the past six months ive been living with a problem that doesnt seem to wanna go. Its a thick slimey mucas substance that slowly oozes out of my bottom, (mainly if a walk alot/run). I have several sore cuts around the area from when this substance dries out and the skin is cracking. After having a shower and drying that area i always find it leaking a clear liqued and cause discomfort, ive been to the doctors and they had taken blood test (not sure what for though) and the only result which wasnt clear was my low calcium levels. i get frequent shooting pains in my lower stomach and side, ive never had anal sex or used any items for my anal passage, very discomferting at all times and i would really like to figure out what this is,, would be great for some advice or help.
