What Causes Clear Mucus Vaginal Discharge And Pelvic Discomfort?

Hi,I had a total/radical hysterectomy Oct 2013 for stage 1b grade2 endometrial cancer also had chemo 4 doses and some brachytherapy now I have slight clear mucus discharge and some pelvic discomfort should I be worried? Surgery and recovery were fine no comps. this is the first problem so far. I also have returned to smoking but not as much as I used to - I ve been under a lot of stress.
