What Causes Clear Sticky Liquid Discharge From Nipples?

Hi i m 11 DPO and have almost no pregnancy symptom except that my aureolas seems bigger but i m wondering if i m not making this up . Tonight, after i squeezed my nipples pretty hard i saw very tiny drops of liquid, clear and a little sticky. Could that be a sign ? Thanks
