What Causes Clear Vaginal Discharge And Lower Stomach Pain?

hi i am 37 years old and have 4 kids-youngest is 2. This last few weeks i have been having lower stomach pains which feel like strong contractions which come and go. I have also been having alot of clear discharge and my periods are no longer regular. Any ideas what this could be
