What Causes Clear Yellowish Discharge From The Breast?

i get a clear yellowish brown discharge from my breast. Have been to the doctor several times to have cyst fluid drained when it gets too painful. How can I get the fluid to stop producing in the breast? I can t afford to go have this procedure done every year because the cyst keep appearing.
