What Causes Clicking In The Throat When Swallowing?

I experience clicking in my throat area when swallowing. I have seen my endo MD for the problem, and my levels where fine. I do occassionally have a swallon thyroid, but this is just noticed by a physical exam. I haven t had it for 2 months and it started again today. It s raining and I am draining. Maybe it s my sinuses.
