What Causes Clicking Noise Behind The Ear?

Hi, I have a clicking noise which seems to come from behind my right ear when walking only - even if I clench my jaw. I have tinnitus all the time and often hear a pounding in my ears. I get dizzy spells and was told it was Labrynthitis a couple of years ago.
