What Causes Clicking Noise In Head And Tinnitus After Nose Surgery?

I have severe Tinnnitus since 1996 after surgery on my nose, but of late have this clicking noise to the right of my head. It is not continuous but very irratating.

The tinnitus was caused by cartlidge being taken from behind my right ear to place inside my nose for constructive reasons. As soon as I awoke from the operation had this ringing noise. It's there 24/7 .
