What Causes Clicking Sensation In Head?

Re: Clicking in my head There is a small refrigerator in my office at work. When the compressor kicks on and off there is a loud click. Lately, I ve been able to feel this click in my head. It s like my brain jolts when I hear it. It s somewhat painful, but only for a split second. I feel it all over my head, like my entire brain jumps. Should I be concerned? What is causing this sensation? I m not normally sensitive to sounds.
