What Causes Clicking Sound, Tinnitus And Swooshing In Ear?

i have noticed hearing loss in my right ear, clicking sound when lying down, tinnitus, feels like i have water in it, nausea, swooshing...etc. unpleasant none the less. I have had otosclerosis in left ear , and had surgery, years ago and wondering if its now on right ear?
