What Causes Clitoral Irritation And Swelling On Vagina?

I have a irritated clitorus and the left upper part of my vagina is swollen and inflammed. I constantly have the urge to urinate even after I just used the washroom. This has been going on for a month now and I have had vaginal swobs, urine tests and they are all clear for infections with no yeast of bacteria. Do you know what this is and what I can do I am going crazy, please help :(
