What Causes Clitoral Pain During Urination?

I am having pain on urination with frequency but the pain is coming from clitoral area! What could be causing this. I urinated 7 times Sunday within one hour. Felt like a type of spasm. Could not hold urine. Urine just came out and couldn't move because of spasms.
