What Causes Clitoral Pain With Orgasm After Having Hysterectomy?

Hello. I am 39, im 5'7" and weigh 220. I have had a hysterectomy aprox a year ago due to fibroids and endomyosis. I still have my left ovary. I have never had problems with sex up untill about 3 weeks ago. I started to have clitoris pain with orgasm. It was like a build up of pain as I got closer to climax. Since that time my husband and I have had sex a few more times and it still is happening. After orgasm the pain subsides but it takes awhile. The pain is on the left side also. I am very concerned as I love making love to my husband and enjoy having orgasm. I hope you can point me in the right direction as my research on the subject is not very succesfull. Thank you
