What Causes Clitoris Blotches With Itching And Sensitivity?

y clitoris has red blotches on it. There is no abnormal discharge and the blotches are not bumps. they are literally blotches. It's very sensitive and seems to itch (though i'm not certain if its sensitivity or a genuine itch) It's literally just my clitoris and nowhere else on my vagina. What could cause this?
