What Causes Clitoris Pain During Urination And Rashes Around Vagina?

I am having clitoris pain especially during urination...also it seems like there is some kind of rash near vagina. First there was a rash and then later clitoris pain and it is not due to sexual intercourse. How can i be relieved from this stinging pain? Thank you
