What Causes Clitoris Tenderness With Cramping And Back Soreness?

Im having some tenderness on my clitoris, now im not sure if i have gotten a yeast infection, i took Caness oral. so i know i have to wait to see if it works.. i have been cramping a bit and my lower back is a bit sore, my period is due this friday so i know those symptoms can be from that but im also wondering if i could have bacterial vaginosis as i have had that before.
