What Causes Clogged Ear And Dizziness?

Had a ear clogged and I feel like burning inside with wired noisy light headed dizziness and lymph nodes on my neck. I went in ent doctor and he said I have throat infection I took azithromycin for 4 days but I didn't feel better. I'm just wondering if you guys knows what it is.
