What Causes Clogged Ears And Itchy Throat?

Hi, I am somewhat conjested. My ears feel a little clogged and the roof of my mouth in the back is somewhat itchy. I have a lot of congestion in my throat and I am sniffling a lot. I woke up feeling this way but the other day I was fine. What might I be catching?
