What Causes Clot Like Discharge,lower Back Pain And Dizziness?

I don't feel right. I feel sick. Freezing on the inside and warm to the touch. Severe pain in my lower back abdomen and shoulders. Light headed and dizzy. A little confused. I had a large amount of menstral flow this morning which resulted in passing a flat black clot the size of my palm. What soldo I need to do ?
