What Causes Clots Through The Vagina After An Intercourse?

Hi there, i am SO embarassed! i dont know whats going on, ive never had this problem before!!!!

I havnt had sex in 2 weeks and last time i did, this certainly didnt happen! i went to the bathroom today. and found clumps were coming OUT of my vagina as i was pushing! WHAT IS THIS! They look like balls of toilet paper bunched ad wet! but coming out of my vag! EW! please help im so embarassed. im 22, i have a child.. and have certainly never had this before. But if i dont fgure out whats wrong, im retiring my vagina! Please help! Thank you so much!
