What Causes Clotted Black Discharge From Vagina With Low Grade Fever?

Please type your query here...my lmp is 14 feb.me and my husband had unprotected sex on 20 feb,2011..then again on 22nd feb,2011.i then took postinor 2 ,2 pills with 12 hours interval..now from 2nd march im having clotted black discharge per vagina with low grade fever..but there is no bleeding ..what am i supposed to do now?am i pregnant?plz..help us..
