What Causes Clotting And Abdomen Pain After Unprotected Sex?

last month my gf took "mifepristone' pills because we had an unsafe sex and she got her periods but this month she didnt get her periods but she has d symptoms she has her abdomen pain and last night she found some clotting. she also is doin her excercise as well. we are confused if her periods is delayed because she's preg or because she's doin her excercise. PLEASE ADVICE
