What Causes Clotting In The Nose?

Hi I was wondering if you could tell me what's going on with my nose.I was addicted to oxycotin for three years and I was snorting them and now thatI've quit my nose won't stop running and when I blow my nose pieces of flesh comes out like a clot and I was just wonderinf if you could tell me if I need to see a doctor?
