What Causes Cloudy Urine And Swelling In Ankles?

Hi I have lupus & have been having some troubling signs in my urine. about 50% of the time it appears cloudy, but no odor. The last few days I have noticed dime sized things that looked like fat in my urine. I have also just the last few days had some swelling in my lower legs & ankles with I have never had before. About 3 weeks ago My Dr did run a kidney function test through the blood, he said that all appeared normal. I am still very concerned about kidney problems. Should I be?
