What Causes Cloudy Vision When Hungry?

I always experience cloudy vision every time I m hungry, what does this mean? I felt so uncomfortable every time I m experiencing this I m having panic attack every time I feel this way. I went to an ophthalmologist & she told me that I have cataract but I still need to see an endocrinologist cause she suspected me of diabetes cause I m still 49 years old & my one eye has 400+ grade.
