Husband is 33yo smoker, OSA, asthma, allergic to everything (not exaggerating), weak PFTs. Doesn t tell Drs he smokes. Has clubbing of fingers and toes. I worry its a symptom of something more serious (lung cancer), but he won t breech topic with his Dr. Should I be concerned?
