What Causes Clumpy Discharge With Occasional Itching?

Hey what I'm experiencing is sort of a clumpy whitish kinda yellowish discharge itch occurs sporadically no bad odor,aside from that I haven't ggotten my period so I'm getting strong cramps like if I was about to my nippples werefragil for about a week but now they are ok..what could this be?
