What Causes Clumpy Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?

After intercourse I have been having discharge that looks like a clump of wet tissue paper. It is thick and has a faint smell to it, but is not unpleasant or overpowering. It almost smells metallic. I have had bacterial vaginosis for 2 weeks and have finished my medication. I was also diagnosed with Cervicitis and was treated for that as well. It was 1 week after I finished my medication for the BV when I had intercourse. Is this discharge a normal symptom for either of these infections?
