What Causes Clumpy Vaginal Discharge?

hi i am noticing a change in my vaginal discharge . it has become more streched and clumpy-- gel like ball.
though the discharge is most clear and no smell.
I am little worried as i was detected with inflamatory cells and endrometritis and underwent a antibiotic course for 7 days.
sometimes i get a discomforting itchy feeling near cervix , though nothing around vulva.
please let me know if its of any concern.
