What Causes Cluster Of Bumps Above The Rectum?

I have small skin colored cluster like bumps on one side right above my rectum and I've had the HPV vaccine amd the bumps started out as just irritated sores but they have been there for over a year and I always go for my 6 month check up and one time I came back positive fir chlamydia but was treated for it.
