What Causes Cluster Of Bumps In The Vagina?

Hi I have a question I suffered from a yeast infection about 2 weeks ago and got it treated but now I've noticed some bumps in my vagina.They dont hurt or itch and they seem to be in a cluster.My partner is clean and does not have any std's or anything like that and we always use a condom unless during foreplay.What are these bumps?
